 Happy New Year!


COVID was not how I wanted to start things off, but every challenge presents new opportunities. I'm working on finding the fine line between pushing myself and not straining myself.  I do find that keeping moving is helping me feel better, but my body very quickly lets me know when to take a sit.


So, I will not be even trying to do 1000 sit ups and push ups, but I will do regressions of the usual 140.  And we'll see how things are tomorrow...
